At Amen Space, we are thrilled to bring our premium, faith-inspired products directly to your door, no matter where you are in the world. We partner with top-tier facilities to ensure your items are crafted with the utmost care and delivered to you as quickly and securely as possible.

Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing times, shipping speeds, and delivery expectations.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

We take pride in the quality of our products. To ensure every detail is perfect, your items are printed and crafted specifically for you upon ordering. Production times vary slightly depending on the type of product you choose:

  • Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, etc.): 1 to 3 business days

  • Home Decor (Canvas, Metal Signs, Mugs, etc.): 3 to 5 business days

Note: "Business days" refer to Monday through Friday and exclude standard public holidays and weekends.

2. SHIPPING TIMES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Once your order has passed our quality control and leaves our facility, it is handed over to our trusted shipping carriers. Shipping times vary depending on your destination:

  • United States: 3 to 5 business days

  • Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union: 8 to 12 business days

  • Rest of the World (Worldwide): 10 to 15 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time (Production + Shipping): By combining our production and shipping times, you can expect your order to arrive within the following timeframes:

For Apparel (1-3 days production):

  • USA: 4 to 8 business days

  • CA, UK & EU: 9 to 15 business days

  • Worldwide: 11 to 18 business days

For Home Decor (3-5 days production):

  • USA: 6 to 10 business days

  • CA, UK & EU: 11 to 17 business days

  • Worldwide: 13 to 20 business days

While we strive to meet these timeframes consistently, please understand that these are estimates. Occasionally, unforeseen carrier delays due to high peak seasons, international customs processing, or extreme weather conditions may occur.

3. INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS

For orders shipped outside of the United States, please be aware that your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.

  • The buyer is solely responsible for paying any additional customs fees or import taxes.

  • Amen Space cannot control or predict these charges, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.

4. ORDER TRACKING

The moment your package is handed over to the carrier and a shipping label is created, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • You can click the link in the email to track your package's journey in real-time.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after receiving your email.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & RETURNED PACKAGES

To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Customer Responsibility: Amen Space is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned to sender due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at cs@amenspace.com immediately. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the production phase.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipment fees.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We understand how frustrating it is to deal with missing mail. However, once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Amen Space cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property, with your neighbors, or with your local post office.

  • If you still cannot locate your package, please reach out to our support team, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
