If your order doesn't bring light to your space exactly as you hoped, our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee has you covered.

1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (The "Make It Right" Guarantee)

Because our products (such as metal signs, apparel, and canvas) are carefully crafted and shipped, occasionally things may happen during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or if you received the wrong item, you do not need to go through the hassle of returning the physical product to us.

  • What to do: Simply email us at cs@amenspace.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • What to include: Your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.

  • Our solution: We will immediately arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

2. Returns & Exchanges (For Sizing or Change of Mind)

We highly encourage you to review our detailed sizing charts before placing an apparel order. However, if you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.

  • The request is made within 30 days of receiving the package.

How to initiate a standard return:

  1. Email our support team at cs@amenspace.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and authorization.

Please note: For change-of-mind or sizing returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our Denver facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

4. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products (unless they arrived defective or damaged).

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. Amen Space is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after the carrier marks them as successfully delivered. However, please reach out to cs@amenspace.com, and we will do our best to assist you in locating the package.
